2 half marathons in summer of 2015, IF HM in 1:26!

3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

Short-Term Running Goals:

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

Overall with recovery, warmup and cooldown jogs we ran 4600m or about 3.25 miles.

2 miles in 16:54.  2x200m, 600m and recovery and cooldown.  Legs are tired but feeling good.

Gem State Track club meet tonight. 

1500m: 6:22 (new PR, 6:49 pace)

800m: 3:21 (new PR, 6:50 pace)

Warmup and and a little cooldown, very tired.  Had lots of fun with friends (Remi, Isabelle, Elias, Katelyn)

Last Gem State track meet.  Tough runs today with the heat and my new braces.  I had a tough time breathing during the races so my times were a bit off.
