Recover From Injury

Running Accomplishments:

2 half marathons in summer of 2015, IF HM in 1:26!

3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

Junior 5k XC PR: 17:25

Short-Term Running Goals:

Finish off senior year at IFHS.  I sustained an injury at the USNA Summer Seminar this summer (torn hip labrum) which caused me to miss my senior season of XC.  My team won the Idaho 4A state championship (good team).  Looking forward to the longer racing distance in college.

I will run in college and study Economics and go to law school.

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my future college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

Sea Trials day at USNASS.  Up early and at it all day.  Watches showed that we were going (hard) for 17 miles today.

Hurt my hip at one of the activities.  Heard a pop as my leg went one way and my body the other.  Finished off the day's work, though. Last day at USNASS, tough but glad I came.
