3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

Short-Term Running Goals:

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

We had our away XC meet at the Park City Invitational this year. Caught the bus at 8:30 then the drive to Utah.

We jogged the course then had a  long wait for the varsity race.  We were hot, cold, wet, all kinds of things.

Started off steady and was at the 1 mile mark with Reed and Matthew, then I started pushing.  I passed them and a few others in the last two miles and really kicked at the end once we got to the 1200m to go mark.  I pushed and passed several guys and only 1 guy got me at the end.  A big PR for 3 (and equivalent 5K distance).  Second on the team for this race.

Had fun at the hotel the night after the race.
