3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

10 miles with Dad and friends. So this is my recovery from conference, 10 miles. First time i have made double digits in a run. Okay pace and time 1 hour and 17 minutes. Kinda tight but i am so happy track is over....

3.1 miles with Dad and Kately for 1 mile in the afternoon.  My legs felt good and it is cool to finish off 13.1 miles in one day!
