3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

5 miles with Dad outside. Today we did the mile time trials. Warmup mile then the trial. My first trial I ran a 6:22 mile outside. Was kinda discouraged and mad. we did a one more trial and that one was better 6:10 mile outside in the cold wind and morning that wasnt to bad.
