3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

race day. 1 mile warmup with striders. 3200meter, first time trying this distance. 2nd place in it with 12:03!!!!!! 800meter, i was tired but it was a solid run, 5th place 2:41. 1600meter i ran 5:51 seconds with wind, and got 4th!!!! 1.5 mile warmup/cooldown between.
