2 half marathons in summer of 2015, IF HM in 1:26!

3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

Short-Term Running Goals:

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

A family run!  2 miles with Mom and Katelyn and Moxie, another 0.5 miles with Dad. I ran the last part of the run at 5:22 pace.

3 miles with XC practice.  It rained on us for a bit.  We did 400m repeats, I ran 4 of them at 1:30.

2 miles at XC pratice. Today was our iron core workout day.

3 miles at XC practice and 1 mile in PE (easy 7:30 pace).

We warmed up with my Dad (who was helping out as the coach was really busy as the event coordinator). 

We ran a 6 mile relay race, each runner runs the same 1.25 mile loop around the park and hands off a baton to the next runner.  Our team was the second boys team and I think 3 or 4 overall. My team was Nathan, Dillon, me, Ben and Jacob.

I ran the loop in 9:02 for about a 7:31 average pace.  This race was a lot of fun!

1 mile at XC practice then some dodgeball for fun.  1 mile in PE.

4 miles with Dad and David Jankowski.  We did some hard intervals and focused on form.  4 miles in 32 minutes.
