3 half marathons in summer of 2014.  Idaho Falls HM in 1:29!

I am running XC and track for Westminster College in SLC.  I will study Economics and go to law school.

Long-Term Running Goals:

 Run the Athen's (Greece) Marathon with my dad.

Help my college team build a strong program and continue to improve.

Invite day! 17 schools came and I raced the two mile. It was really cold and windy out on a very wind blocke free track. so drafting would be the key. I went out at 5:40 mile in 4th place but on lap 6 my calf started to hurt again so I moved back a bit and came in 6th. 19 second PR and awesome 100 sprint.
